Initial site inpsection complete - I noted that so far all the work appears to be completed according to approved plans and permits - however, inclimate weather has stalled landscaping and parking lot striping, neither one of which can be started/completed until the snow is gone and the temperature rises quite a bit - Kyle, the contractor on site with whom i've spoken on the telehone is proceeding with a temporary; and, will be getting a bond for unfinished work - I will schedule a research follow up for next week to make sure the bonding is good - TEMPORARY ONLY PASS
