To perform selective demolition to prepare for installation of (2) 3'-0" x 8'-0" double exit doors to create a vestibule at the existing entry/exit of 1L N Service building. Accessible clearance of 48" or greater is to be maintained between the edge of the new doors when opened 90 degrees, to the face of the existing doors when closed for accessibility compliance. Work includes relocation of card swipe access, intercom, light fixture and exit sign per plans. To install new smoke detector, horn/strobe, transfer duct and unit heater & piping for new vestibule. Doors shall be openable from the egress sides at all times without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort. drs
