**(NO TENANT)**(BOISE TOWNE SQUARE - SPACE #1019)** To prepare this 976 sq ft tenant space by redemising tenant spaces for future tenant improvements under separate permits this space will be a total of 1843 sq ft after improvements, per approved plans. Work to include, removal of existing plumbing fixtures, removal of selective portion of ceiling grid, remove portion of partitions, and related millwork, construction of new tenant demising wall framing only, no wall covering to be installed under this permit, tenant demising walls will be completed under future tenant improvement permits. This building is fully fire sprinklered and contains a smoke evacuation system. These systems are to remain fully operational during all phase's of construction.
