**(NO TENANT)**(BOISE TOWNE SQUARE - SPACE #1020)** To prepare this 1020 sq ft tenant space by redemising tenant spaces for future tenant improvements under separate permits this space will be 1143 sq ft after improvements per approved plans. Work to include, removal of existing plumbing fixtures, removal of selective portion of ceiling grid, remove portion of partitions, and related millwork, construction of new tenant demising wall framing only, no wall covering to be installed under this permit, tenant demising walls will be completed under future tenant improvement permits. This building is fully fire sprinklered and contains a smoke evacuation system. These systems are to remain fully operational during all phase's of construction. A separate permit will be required for any alterations to the sprinkler system. The smoke evacuation system will be address under future tenant improvements. RMH
