To construct 110 feet interior demising wall at grid line 6 to create a new 4,737 square feet warehouse space at the east portion of this building and within an existing shell building constructed under BLD04-00467. Additional work included within this permit is to construct interior walls to create 455 square feet of office space and one 56 square feet accessible restroom and add insulation to the exterior walls as required by the original building permit. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. All construction shall be per the approved plans. MJP
