(NO TENANT - VANILLA FINISH) To construct 110 feet interior demising wall at grid line 5 to create a new 4,895 square feet vanilla finish warehouse space between grid lines 5 & 6 of this building and within an existing shell building constructed under BLD04-00467. Additional work included within this permit is to construct interior walls to create 460 square feet of office space and one 56 square feet accessible restroom and to add insulation to the exterior walls as required by the original building permit. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. All construction shall be per the approved plans. MJP NO OCCUPANCY IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
