(DOWNTOWN STORAGE)(RACKING/SHELVING) Installation of a moveable steel storage racking/shelving system exceeding 8' in height per approved plans, manufacturer, and structural engineering in a 5,600 sq. ft. area of an existing building. Work will also include providing a new exterior exit door in existing CMU wall per structural engineering details/calculations and constructing a new exterior stairway with landing, handrails, and a guard. A License Agreement from ACHD is required since a portion of the exterior stairway is in the right of way. This document is attached to the plans and this case. Special Inspection is required for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations at the new exterior door installation. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. JCB
