To construct noncombustible, nonbearing walls, new doors and hardware and an accessible route to all areas of this tenant remodel, all per reviewed plans, red-lined notes thereon and all attached plan review conditions / comments. Install suspended ceiling grid system, millwork, interior finishes and perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm work to meet tenant needs and comply with adopted codes and ordinances.
