(21,910 s.f. storage + 1,316 s.f. office) warehouse tenant with associated office area, a portion of a 33,390 s.f. SHELL (BLD05-03144), per approved plans.Work includes construction of interior walls to create tenant space, offices, conference, storage and three accessible restrooms; install three drinking fountains and service sink; suspended ceiling grid system in office area; new accessible compliant doors, hardware and accessible route; electrical, mechanical, sprinkler and alarm system work to meet tenant needs as indicated on plans and to meet minimum adopted codes and ordinances. Items indicated on plans were reviewed for code compliance. Attached plan review comments and clarifications are a part of this plan approval requiring compliance as part of this project scope of work. Separate applications, plans & engineering, for approval and permits, are required for storage racks over 8'; sprinkler system work; fire alarm work; and high piled storage use before work on said items can begin.
