Work to include the installation of new interior walls to close off doorways, to install opening for dorrways within existing nonload bearing walls, to enlarge the master bedroom. All interior walls within this unit were approved as nonload bearing. NOTE: This building is one-hour, fire-resistive construction throughout and is fully fire sprinklerd with a NFPA 13-R fire sprinkler system. Any modifications to the fire sprinkler system must be approved by the fire inspector. All construction shall be per the approved plans and inspector's approval. MJP
