This project is for the addition of a new roof structure using conventional framing methods (the existing roof coverings are to be removed) to two separate structures one being a "DUPLEX". The attic area for the duplex will be separated per R317.1 (1-hour wall through to the roof decking. The project will also include the replacement of the windows and exterior doors. (max U-VALUE to be .40) Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits are required. R-2 ok per Sue Hansen. All per the approved plans as marked and plan review notes.
