This project is for the addition of 338s.f. of living space to an existing 1800s.f. 2-story single family dwelling. The new space will be used for an Accessory Dwelling Unit approved through DRH07-00180 by Josh Johnson in the R-1C zoning district with the 10 day appeal period waived by Hal Simmons. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. The public works department will record a "due on sale" lein on the property for sewer fees owed for Accessory Dwelling Unit.
