(HAWKINS EXERCISE ROOM - 9TH STREET WAREHOUSES - BASEMENT) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for the 1-hr construction of the building. To create a 1,388 square foot exercise room in the basement of the 9th Street Warehouse building (Southeast corner) to be used by the occupants of the top story Hawkins tenant space. Work is to include two (2) toilet/shower/dressing rooms accessible to the disabled and one (1) toilet/shower/dressing room NOT accessible to the disabled. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
