All framing to be 25 ga. steel studs at 16 inch on center with five/eighths gyp. brd. on each side. A combined occupant load of 46 was determined by using 15 nett on conference room and 100 gross for the remainder of space. A certificate of occupancy is to be issued after completion. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for story increase and area increase.
