Micron Building #16 - (C11265) - Basement Remodel of CFA - To demo some interior cleanroom walls and doors and reinstall in new configuration to enlarege Service Aisle #004B and Service Aisle #004L and create CVD Bay 3 #004A, CVD Bay 4 #004E, CVD 5 #004I and CVD Bay 6 #004C. This work is being done in an approximate 7,000 sq. ft. area in the northwest corner of the basement of Building #16. This permit also includes related mechanical, electrical, plumbing work.
