This project is for the placement of a new vinyl lined swimming pool. The parcel is within the Eightmile Creek floodplain. The Building structure has been removed by LOMA #99-10-591A. Pool mechanical and electrical equipment shall be elevated at or higher than the highest existing grade around the building structure or shall be floodproofed. Floodproofing shall consist of structural or nonstructural additions that will reduce or eliminate potential damage to pool mechanical and electrical equipment.
