Work is to include interior nonbearing walls (to create 2 offices), suspended gypsum board ceilings, compliant restroom, break room area, and finishes. The building shell was constructed under permit BLD03-02236. New work is required to comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes.
