Work included interior demolition of walls, removal of interior and exterior doors and preparation of openings for installation of new doors; removal of cabinets and fixtures as indicated in reviewed plans. To provide structural upgrades to main floor framing and support structure per engineering plans, to modify or add landings at exterior doors to comply with current code and maximum threshold height; accessible door hardware on all doors; construct an accessible ramp, landings, guards, handrails with structural support system; one fully accessible unisex restroom and drinking fountain with a service sink in restroom; upgrade electrical, mechanical & plumbing; and provide new finishes throughout.
