To change the egress path on the 1st story from the existing Main Street 2-hr stairway enclosure to the outside. This stairway serves the Capitol Terrace Commercial Building and the Capitol Terrace Garage. Work is to include 2-hr fire-resistance rated walls and a new storefront exterior door. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
