This project is for the reconfiguration of the window layout ( MAX U-VALUE FOR NEW GLAZING = ".40") of the living room on the mai level and the great room on the upper level. There will also be a new balcony off of the great room and master bedroom that extends out 8'-0" and is 20ft long. there will be 2-window openings altered to accept doors to the rooms mentioned prior. The project will also include driveway work that is not part of this permit i.e. an ESC permit is not required due to the small amount of excavation for the required column piers.
