Micron Building #16 (C11004) - FAB1B Remodel PC & Mask Bay - To Demo some interior partitions and doors and reconstruct and relocate those materials to convert PC Cleanroom #103A, Service Aisle #1602 and Mask #110A to new 340 sq. ft. Service Aisle #1603, 360 sq. ft. Dry Etch #3 #110A and 485 sq. ft. Service Aisle #1602. This work is being done in an approximate 1,200 sq. ft. area on the first floor of Building #16, between grid lines #10 & #14 and #L& #N. This permit also includes related access floor, suspended ceiling, electrical and mechanical work, including constructing expanding the structural duct support system at the roof of Buildings #15 & #16.
