Warm Springs Office Bldg (Shell & Core) - To construct a new 5,100 square foot, one story, wood framed office shell and building and related site improvements. The 675 square foot core area includes a common hallway and two common restrooms and a mechanical room. This shell building is planned for two office tenant spaces and common core areas. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. A 2,360 square foot tenant space is being finished on the north side of building for LRK Architects and Frontline. This tenant space will be constructed at the same time as the shell and core under BLD07-02391. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
