To create a 5,015 square foot office tenant space on the 3rd story of a 3 story, with basement, building. In addition, core restrooms (308 square feet) and a common nonrated corridor (775 square feet) will be created on the 3rd story. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, a folding partition, interior doors, interior windows, suspended ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
