this project is for the conversion of the existing roof structure from a low to a a higher pitch of 5/12. the project will consist of the best method reasonable of removing the existing roof covering and the installation of new perimeter support for the new trusses. there will also be a new 256s.f. rear patio cover extension and a new front stoop cover of about 64s.f. R-1C ok per Lucinda Grames. All per the approved plans as marked and plan review notes. pep
