Permit to repair a fire damaged four-plex. Original building permit number is BLD1053490. Fire started in unit number 201, the top north unit. Therefore the majority of damage is in this unit. The one hour floor ceiling assembly beneath afore mentioned unit was also damaged therefore will need to be replaced and brought up to current code. Originally built under the 1991 UBC and areas damaged will be brought up to current code, 2003 IBC. CU-123-93 and DR-41-94 were the original planning approvals.
