(QUIZNOS - BOISE AIR TERMINAL - 2ND STORY FOOD COURT) This building is fire sprinklered for fire area. To remodel an existing food service tenant space in the Boise Air Terminal for a new food service tenant. A new wall will be constructed and a vertical rolling security grill will be relocated to create a 430 square foot tenant space. This tenant space will include a food preparation area, service counter, and retail sales area next to the food court. This project is located on the 2nd floor within the security area (i.e. between the security check point and airplane loading). Work is to include an interior nonbearing wall, a relocated security grill, modified suspended ceiling, counters, equipment, modified gypsum board soffits and bulkhead, and finishes. A Class II hood and duct will be provided over a toaster oven to remove heat. Operations that produce smoke or grease laden vapors are NOT approved within this tenant space. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
