This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling that includes the interior changes to interior partitions in the 1-story section of an existing 1352s.f. 2-story single family dwelling. The windows in the master' dining room and kitchen windows will be reconfigured with the maximum U-value of (.40). Exterior wall insulation will be a minimum of R-13 where exterior wall coverings are removed including access openings on the upper level as well. There will be a larger master closet; new siding; update of the electrical system; plumbing and mechanical systems. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll.
