**(Vanilla Finish)*(NO OCCUPANCY)**(Suite #150) To remodel an existing 5261 sq ft office classroom area to create four separate offices and a core area (core area is existing) for future tenants the tenant space will have an area of 939 sq ft. All work to be per approved plans. Work to include, construction of an interior nonbearing partition and installation of two 3' x 6' 8" doors to access core area, NOTE: ALL CORE AREA DOORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY LOCKING HARDWARE ON DOORS. ALL tenant doors into core area shall have passage lever hardware installed including existing doors, this permit will be inconjuction with BLD07-02672 / BLD07-02673 / BLD07-02674 / BLD07-02675. This building is fully fire sprinklerd ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
