(MINOR DEMO WORK) To remove existing canopy on the south side of building (currently constructed over the lot line), remove the existing canopy and shed on the west side of structure to prepare the existing CMU building for a future lot line adjustment. Demolition must include removal of all structural elements and any concrete or ground support. Once all demolition is complete and the permit is finaled the applicant must notify PDS Subdivisons. Site plans provided to show locations of elements to be removed. Future property line adjustment is being processed through PDS Subdivisions by surveyor Gordon Anderson.
