This interior remodel project is for the reconfiguration of the main level bathroom by removing the bathtub and adding a shower in an existing closet area. The project will also include the placement of approx 20l.f. of inter partition in the basement to create 2 new bedrooms with code complying egress windows and a new bathroom. R-1CH ok per Julie Archambeault. Energy code requirements are to include R-13 in the exterior basement walls where firred and glazing that has a maximum U-Value of (.40). Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
