The exit hardware on the second floor exit has not been installed yet and the bulbs are missing for the exterior stairway emergency lights. All other items are passed.

Emergency lights and exit signs have not been installed on the second floor as shown on the approved electrical plans. The emergency lights have not been installed for the stairway. The door 122 does not have passage hardware installed as required.The doors in the occupied area that have keyed hardware need approved hardware installed. One emergency light in the warehouse did not operate. The "door to remain unlocked..." sticker needs installed at the east main exit door. The area at the bottom of the interior stairs needs emergency lighting installed. A fire extinguisher needs installed on the second floor. The tenant improvement drawings were not routed through scott therefore no notes are provided.
