(PARRILLA GRILL-PATIO COVER & FACADE ALTERATION) To demolish the existing patio cover on the north side of restaurant currently under remodel (BLD06-03046) and construct a new 1,096 sq.ft. roofed canopy/facade in same location extending from property line right-of-way on 13th and the north side property line adjacent to 1520 N. 13th per approved plans, DRH07-00285 and CVA07-00038. The north side 1-hour property line wall is without openings and penetrations and extends from east to west ends of new canopy. The adjoining property at 1520 N. 13th is required to remove decorative trim installed accross the property line and to remove the roof deck construction installed above the second floor east deck or infill the opening at the south side of the east deck from top of existing 1-hour guard wall with a new 1-hour wall assembly with a 30", 1-hour parapet above the existing patio roof deck.
