(ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF BOISE - VIEW POINT BUILDING - 1ST STORY) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To remodel a 1,560 square foot area located on the 1st story of a 5 story building. Work is to include alterations to an existing nonrated corridor (i.e. walls and doors with sidelights), interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, and finishes. In addition, to construct an 8 foot high chain link fence to create a 140 square foot area to secure the Information Technology equipment of the Diocese. Egress from this area will be through an existing fire alarm control room and/or telephone equipment room.
