This project is for the relocation of an existing single family dwelling from 300 S Locust Grove to this location with setbacks approved R-1C setbacks ok per Collen Carroll as redlined on the plot plan. The project is to include foundation this new location, required paved parking and building code updates i.e. egress windows, smoke alarms, safety glazing and proper separation from the garage area from the dwelling per the inspertor's notes of 10/4/2007 (MIS07-00212) that required a $7,500.00 bond. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
