(BONEFISH GRILL - 9TH STREET WAREHOUSES - STE 260) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance rated construction. To create a bar / restaurant use within an existing 4,984 square foot tenant space located on the 1st story of an existing 2 story with basement building. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled; a full service kitchen; Type I (grease) hoods, ducts, and duct wrap; Type II dishwasher hood and duct; interior nonbearing walls; suspended acoustical ceilings; suspended gypsum board ceilings; 1-hr shaft; and finishes. Structural changes to the floor above this tenant space and to the roof will be done to support roof top mechanical equipment and to accommodate the new shaft. Some existing openings located in existing concrete bearing walls will be made wider. Steel headers and jambs will be provided. To properly transfer gravity loads, steel headers, jambs, and perhaps columns will be provided at the basement concrete wall openings located below the expanded openings. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural calculations and design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Interior nonstructural demolition was done under permit BLD07-02900. **CJW**
