To expand an existing tenant space into an adjacent 2,344 square foot area located on the 1st story of the Ada County Courthouse building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors with sidelites, an access doorway through an existing masonry wall, exterior wall infill, exterior windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceiling, an interior concrete ramp, an interior concrete stairway, and finishes. All work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
