This project is for the addition of 600s.f. to an existing 2400s.f. 2-story single family dwelling. The addition will include a sunroom, 2-bathrooms and a room to be used as part of a home occupation approved through CAA07-00226 by Colleen Carroll. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. The portion of the existing dwelling that will be a part of the home occupation has 25l.f. of exterior wall that is on the property line and the requirements for a 1-hour wall apply and the eve overhang must be removed and drywall added as detailed with the plans.
