Met with home owners..... they showed concern about concrete contractor that lost Bsmnt. foundation wall while placing concrete. Contractor shored wall forms back up and continued to pour sometime later. This created a cold joint. While installing new water line adjacent to wall in question (S. W. corner of new addition) owners noticed water seeping inside through cold joint. I commented on the need to seek advice from Stuctural Engineer for a fix.
