The previous tenant never completed the build out or acquired occupancy and the permits expired, so this permit is to clean out all pervious framing and rough in of elect/plmbg/hvac to prepare for future remodel of a restaurant under BLD07-02809. No new construction or occupancy is allowed. The fire sprinkler system must remain fully operational in conformance with NFPA 13 or modifications will required a fire sprinkler permit. (mys)
