(Pierce Park Elementary) (Seismic improvements) To remove two existing brick chimney's to approximately two feet higher than the existing roof, structurally support as shown on plans repair roofing, the existing flues will be replaced with a positive pressure flue on the boiler. The existing water heater will be replaced with a new water heater and a separate PVC combustion and flue piping as required by design per note on plan sheet A102, all materials are to be properly disposed of.
