(Fort Boise Middle School) (Seismic improvements) To remove an existing brick chimney to approximately 4' higher than the existing roof, structurally support as shown on plans repair roofing, remove cantilevered concrete canopies at each entry, the existing flue will be replaced with a positive pressure flue on the boiler. The existing water heater will be replaced with a new water heater and a separate PVC combustion of flue piping as required by design per note on plan sheet A101, all materials are to be properly disposed of.
