One side of the suite will be finished per vanilla T.I. requirements / assumed occupant load of 8 (no occupancy permit at this time), the other side will be finished with a tenant as described above / assumed occupant load of 6 (an occupancy permit will be issued at this time) per approved plans. The entire scope of work is 1,447 square feet, 78 square feet is a community foyer, 602 square feet is the dental lab (STE 104), and 767 square feet will be a vacant vanilla T.I. (STE 103) All occupancies to be classified as "B" occupancies per 2003 IBC. This permit will include: the construction of partion walls, a new HVAC system including ductwork, diffusers, and grills, plumbing for two accessible restrooms, plumbing of service sink, and a new T-bar cieling all within an existing building shell (BLD04-02927).
