(Office Vanilla Finish) - To do a vanilla finish for an 1,185 square foot future office space on the east side of a new office shell and core building. The shell and core building is being constructed at the same time under permit BLD07-03028. This vanilla finish will include a restroom, a conference room, an office, a mechanical room, open office area and future employee breakroom area. After a tenant has been determined for this space, an MIS permit will be required to establish a certificate of occupancy for this space.
