Work includes construction and finish of new tenant perimeter wall to define future tenant space; walls to create one fully accessible restroom; installation of new RTU, ducting and bathroom exhaust fan unit; install drain & water lines for future breakroom sink, service sink and drinking fountain (not a part of this permit); new electrical service panel and limited outlets & lighting, all per reviewed plans. NOTE: Future tenant, Citifinancial, will provide application and plans for tenant improvement build-out for obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy.
