(BOISE - 1111 W JEFFERSON - BASEMENT) To install new security door hardware on a pair of doors in the basement elevator lobby in accordance with a proposal accepted by the Building Official. Work to include installing new maglocks and an emergency override button in break glass on the elevator lobby side similar to what is installed on the atrium doors to each floor, fire alarm work, and electrical work. Plans indicate new UL rated glass window assemblies will be installed in the existing 20 minute rated doors. The entire doors will be re-labeled per the architect. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. NOTE: This building will be fully fire sprinklered by March of 2011 per an Upgrade Agreement on file. JCB
