This project is for the placement of a new inground vinyl lined swimming pool in the hillside area with setbacks approved by David Moser. Engineering has been submitted from the manufacturer that is not liscensed in the state of Idaho. A soils engineer Robert Arnold has written a letter on the soils at this side and investigation has been don on the soils of this site by American Geotechnics' Adam Lyman. There has been a review of all calculations and reports by an independent engineer Greg Leishman and his letter of approval is attached also. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the pool subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling inspections.
