This permit is for the relocation of an existing 1170s.f. 2-story (780s.f. main) (390s.f. upper) single family dwelling at 1521 s Colorado Ave with a bond for clean-up of the property and code required upgrades/repairs at this new location. See MIS07-00211 (attached) Part of the clean-up requirement is that a protective barrier be installed around the basement area left at the Colorado Site per Boise Municipal Code 4-04-03..F. Barrier required. The relocated dwelling will be placed on a new footing and foundation with R-2 setbacks approved by Lucinda Grames. All per the approved plans as marked and plan review notes. pep
