**(Correctional Industries)**(Ste #150) To remodel a 9114 sq ft portion of an existing 45,076 sq ft building. The tenant will occupy approximately 6,627 sq ft on the first floor and 1920 sq ft on the second floor all work to be per approved plans. Work to include, remodel of core area exit access on the second floor to connect tenant space to existing stairway, construction of interior nonbearing nonrated office partition walls, to construct office spaces, conference room, and break room, replace existing ceiling tiles, relocate existing lighting, remove and install two new roof top HVAC units in their existing locations, installation of new ducting and registers, miscellaneous related interior finishes, this building is fully fire sprinklered and contains an alarm system, ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS, any modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. (PLAN MODIFICATION / 12-19-08) Plan modification to enlarge the existing tenant space by 1866 sq ft. This will bring the total area of the tenant to 10,413 sq ft. Work to include construction of nonload bearing partitions, installation of new ceiling and related lighting, installation of new HVAC system, miscellaneous related interior finishes. Any modifications to the SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT. **(NOTE: This expansion of tenant space is being performed in the new shell addition that is being constructed under BLD07-03278, This new space is NOT to be occupied until the shell permit has been finaled.
