This project is for the repair of fire and fire department investigation damage to an existing single family dwelling. The project is to include the replacement of bedroom windows to meet egress requirements, new smoke alarms; the removal of all interior wall coverings and repair of electrical, plumbing and mechanical work/repair/replacement as needed.
