This project is for the repair of fire damage to an existing single family dwelling. There is to be select floor joist and roof rafter repair as needed and 4-interior partitions are to be replaced. Insulation in the affected areas shall be a minimum of R-38 in the attic and R-13 in the exterior walls. R-1C ok per Lucinda Grames. Separate electrical, and ESC permits are required.
